μ-Note: Telegram Messenger Updated
The "core" engineers at Telegram have updated Messenger. A useful rundown of the major changes appeared in an essay published on Life Hacker. Click here for the source document

The changes include:
- Cosmetics. The UI elements are allegedly more modern. The navigation bar at the bottom of the mobile interface is allegedly easier to use. iPhone uses will see some "liquid glass design" elements.
- Telegram Messenger non fungible token believers can now create an NFT in the Messenger interface. A bundle of NFTs can be created and sold on the Telegram marketplace.
- Portions of the Messenger app have been tweaked to eliminate latency.
These are small potatoes in the Messenger bag of tricks. Two alterations are more substantive.
- If the owner or a Group bales out of a chat, the "ownership" of that Group chat flips to a designated administrator. The "owner" has to verify that control of the Group goes to the designated back up admin. What's interesting is that if the Group owner just leaves the chat, "ownership" automatically transfers to an administrator. But what if the owner did not designate a back up owner? Telegram Notes does not know.
- Telegram's bot architecture now supports emojis in bot interfaces and color-tinted buttons. The idea is to allow developers to make certain functions clearer to the user. Some bots have interesting capabilities. These could be made easier to spot or essentially invisible to a user not informed of the hidden function.
